Look Who Happened to be at Apple Holler

My wife & I stepped into Apple Holler yesterday and who happened to be standing there but President Barak Obama. We just had to ask for a photo opp. The Secret Service obliged, after a brief interrogation.

Burnt White Boy

When will I learn…
The other day, I enjoyed 90 minutes in the pool. Simply floating around, relaxing. Within a few hours, the familiar stinging sensation would creep in. I had a sun burn.
It’s interesting how the reflective nature of water has a positive effect on getting my face tanned/burned as well.

There’s something about a pool on a hot summer day
